Fortis Bloom IVF Centre conducted a two day national conference on Enhancing Pregnancy Rates in Infertility at Fortis La Femme Hospital, New Delhi in association with the Association of Gynecologists of Delhi. The conference was held on 2nd August at Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi. The Honorable Chief Guest was the famous film actress Ms Poonam Dhillon and the Guest of Honour being the GM of Fortis La Femme Hospital, Mrs Gureet Kaur. Experts from all over India came to share their experiences and helped make this conference an enormous success. The main aim of the conference was to train and update the Gynecologists in the latest treatments available for treating the infertile couples. There was an overwhelming response with more than 350 Gynecologist attending this conference. Topics like polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD), endoscopic surgeries, endometriosis, newer advances in assisted reproductive techniques, etc were discussed at length. During the conference the Fortis Bloom IVF Centre also reported the deliveries of their first two IVF pregnancies, both of which were twins.

A unique hands-on IUI training workshop (intrauterine insemination) was held on the 1st of August. It was for the first time that such a grand hands on IUI workshop was held.
